The role will sit in the Core Business Solutions team; our role is to provide and build innovative solutions to meet business requirements and deliver a great end to end employee experience. We are recruiting for 3 permanent roles - 2x permanent, 1x max term. **Responsibilities**: - Translate business requirements into functional solutions using your knowledge of system capabilities, limitations and interplay of systems and processes - Document solutions into an options paper for business review and approval - Prototype Workday changes; including test script writing, execution and analysis of the results - Provide support to HR Direct and business owners in troubleshooting issues and identifying root causes - Analyse system release documentation, explore new/changed functionality and make recommendations on potential adoption - Continuously seek to maintain and develop your own and your colleagues' understanding of processes and functionality across the Platform - Continuously identify risks and controls across the Platform we support **To be successful in this role you must have**: - 3+ Years of Experience in Configuring Workday to Business Requirements, preferably in areas of Core HCM, Recruitment, Talent & Performance - Experience working in Agile environments and using tools such as Jira and Confluence - Strong business analysis skills including the ability to write and communicate effectively - Ability to work with competing priorities with strong attention to detail and organisational skills - Background in HR systems, processes and policies We're aware of some accessibility issues on this site, particularly for screen reader users.
