**About the Organisation**:
St Andrews College is a co-residential college within the University of Sydney, providing a unique blend of personal and collegiate spaces where students develop lifelong relationships within a distinct and diverse community.

**About the Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, the role plays an important role in St Andrew’s College through implementing external and internal marketing and communications initiatives.

This position will focus:
**Branding**:
Maintain brand guidelines, visual identity and tone of voice across all Comms channels.

Maintain printed and digital stationery, document and presentation templates.

Maintain the College’s photo and video libraries.

**Marketing and Admissions Marketing**:
Execute admissions/student recruitment initiatives for School Visits and Careers Exposo Open Day and Info Day

Schedule, brief and communicate with student volunteers

Produce marketing collateral, using brand templates, including promotional material, presentations, videos, and static displays.

**Communications and Public Relations**:
Contribute to the College’s digital presence, including generating / uploading images and text for the website and social media

Liaise with student photographers, volunteers and office holders

Liaise with the editors of the student blog regarding publication deadlines and topics

Support other departments with copywriting, proofreading, and ad hoc communications

**About the Person**:

- Ideally two (2) years’ experience working in a marketing and/or communications environment
- Experience with social media products and the management of content
- Experience with web (WordPress) or other CMS

The organisation is very close to public transport, with free parking. They also provide a choice of lunch every day

Other job-related information
- A current full unrestricted work permit / visa for Australia is required.
- Some after-hours work is required, especially in relation to attending after hours alumni and donor events[TL1]
