**About the role at Aerobe**

We are looking for an experienced Marketeer to join us at our Chatswood office to grow our footprint in the AU/NZ region.

Working hours are roughly from 9 am - 3 pm, 4 weekdays a week (excl. public holidays) with flexibility and opportunity to grow to a bigger role/load.

**Seniority**

Junior - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically less than 2 years of experience is required.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Content Creation - Develop and distribute content that supports key business or marketing goals
- Strategy and Planning Development - Plan and execute the content marketing strategy that aligns with Marketing and organisational goals

**Strengths**
- Collaboration - Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals
- Written communication - Writes in a clear and structured format to convey information and ideas effectively to a target audience
- Learning agility - Identifies and applies strategies to enhance reception, retention and use of newly acquired information, skills, and abilities
