**_About the Role_**

Contract Resources has a great opportunity for an experienced Industrial Coatings Supervisor to join our team at the Ampol Refinery in Lytton, QLD and provide technical and supervisory support and direction.

They will provide supervisory and technical support to the site core maintenance teams, managing onsite client relations. From time to time, the role will require oversight on adhoc project work scopes and campaign maintenance works.

**_Key Role Responsibilities:_**
- Coordinate all daily activities ensuring that scheduled and contracted requirements are delivered safely and to a high standard across both painting and fire proofing work scopes.
- Maintain safe workplace and ensure all required operator training is up to date.
- Health, Safety and Environmental issues are effectively resolved in a timely manner.
- Identify and monitor equipment to ensure it meets standards and servicing requirements.
- Develop strong relationships with client representative/s and provide clear communication.
- Coordinate 3rd party activities (such as insulation and scaffolding)
- Assist with estimating projects on site.
- Develop trusting relationships with Ampol to maintain, develop and grow the existing business.
- Assist operational management in maintaining a safe workplace.
- Coordinate all daily activities and ensure that scheduled and contracted requirements are delivered.
- Strong and concise communication with key Ampol / CR contacts in relation to project.
- Project reporting to both internal and external key personnel.

**_Required Experience / Qualifications_**
- Proven experience of supervision of painting/fire proofing projects with time/budget constraints and HSEQ expectations.
- Proven leadership skills with ability to develop individuals and teams.
- The ability to deliver results through the development of strong and capable teams is essential.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
