**What this job involves**:
We are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our retail centre in Brisbane The Administration Assistant has responsibility for supporting the Administration Manager to provide administrative support to the Centre Management Team and Lease Administration for the Centre.
Please note this position is Part Time
**A snapshot of the role**:
Maintain all Lease Registers/Tenancy Schedules for the Centre.
Co-ordinate the Lease Administration process. Liaising with the relevant personnel involved in the process (Leasing Executive, Centre Manager, Administration Assistant through to Data Administration).
Respond to all initial enquiries for Assignments, explaining the
process and timeframe.
Ensure all Lease Setup/Modification requests are entered in
CALA in a timely manner.
Minimise and control aged and current debt by adhering to JLL
and the Client’s collection procedure and developing good
communication flow with all retailers.
Respond in a timely manner to all Retailer and Supplier
administration queries.

Highly organised with an ability to prioritise workload.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Computer literacy and IT knowledge to an intermediate level.
Promotes open, constructive and collaborative relationships with managers, peers, clients, and stakeholders.
Innovative and resilient.
A minimum of three-years centre administration or other transferrable experience.
Previous experience within a retail environment would be beneficial.
