Your experience in managing a team to deliver high level organisational support services will be supported by the strategic relationships you build with key stakeholders and colleagues in order to influence, negotiate and coach at senior levels. Strong negotiation capabilities alongside you interpersonal and written communication skills, will be reflective in your to engagement with functional and non-functional stakeholders. Managing competing priorities whilst working across multiple business and project based initiatives simultaneously will ensure you consistently deliver high quality outcomes.

**To be suitable for this role, you will have**:

- Extensive information systems and supervisory management experience in a complex organisation
- Tertiary/Postgraduate qualifications and/or relevant management experience
- Experience and/or knowledge of middleware and integration technologies.
- ITIL qualifications with service management experience in an operational environment (desirable).
