
Office Administration Assistant

This is a full-time Administration Assistant role at Gleam Team Domestic Services' head office based in Woodville, SA. Gleam Team provides cleaning and shopping assistance to aged people in receipt of Commonwealth funded community services.
**Required Tasks**:
- Ensuring client documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner
- Conducting intake assessments for new Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) clients (over the phone)
- Conducting annual reviews of CHSP clients (over the phone)
- Rostering of Support Worker staff
- Maintaining various databases and registers
- Assisting with invoicing external service providers
**What we're looking for**
- Proven experience in administration and customer service, preferably within the aged care sector.
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Strong data entry skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
**What we offer**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
