Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and staff in a friendly, professional manner
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and messages
- Coordinate mail, couriers, petty cash, and receipting
- Provide administrative support including rostering, data entry, and document preparation
- Maintain confidentiality and security protocols at all times
- Assist with staff inductions, internal communications, and ordering of supplies
- Provide backup relief for other admin and reception roles as needed
- Ensure compliance with WHS, quality, and privacy standards
What We're Looking for:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an administration or reception role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general admin systems
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Current National Police Clearance and Driver's Licence
Desirable:
- Experience in aged care or healthcare settings
- Familiarity with CIM software
- Italian language skills a bonus
