**Opportunity**

Are you a parent with school age children and looking for a part-time position? We have an excellent opportunity for you Our company currently has an opening for a part-time accounts receivable specialist. This position is perfect for someone who wants to make the most of their free time whilst their children are at school.

As a ccounts receivable specialist, you will be responsbile for managing financial transactions and enuring timely colleciton of ourstanding balances.

This part-time position allows you to work flexible hours that align with our children's school schedule. You can easily balance you4r professional and personal life, attending to your family's needs whilst engaging in meaningful work.

Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in financial software systems are essential for this role. Strong communication skills are also important to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

**Duties / Responsibilities**
- The role will include, but not confined to the following:

- Invoicing Clients
- Tracking Payments
- Reconciling Accounts

**Requirements**:
Besides being a highly personable and engaging person, you will need:

- Solid understanidng of the Accounts Receivable function
- Strong reconciliation skills to manage customer accounts
- Strong communication skills; written and oral
- Able to work effectively with and participate as a memberof a cohesive team
- Proven time management and organisational skills
- Experience with Quickboos, MYOB or similar
- Experience with Microsoft programs especially excel
