**Customer Contact Officer** - Debt Work Tier 1 Casual Opportunities (Full time hours)

**Location**:Varsity Lakes, QLD

**Pay Rate**: $29.22 per hour plus 25% loading for casual rate.
- Multiple positions available in a purpose driven environment
- Fully paid training for 6 weeks, plus a period to consolidate your skills all onsite at our Varsity Lakes call centre
- Hybrid working available or fully remote after completion of training.

**About the Role**

We are seeking expressions of Interest for Customer Contact Officers to join our team to support our Federal Government client.
- Handling outbound and inbound calls from customers regarding inquiries with an element of processing work.
- Providing accurate information about our client’s products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
- Assisting customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues as needed.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions

**About You**

Your passion for supporting customers and ability to communicate effectively will assist with resolving enquiries for our customers. To ensure your success you will have:

- Demonstrated experience providing high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to competently navigate computer software platforms/ screens simultaneously.
- Listen and communicate effectively, with the ability to explain complex information to customers clearly.
- Maintain a calm, resilient composure.
- Demonstrate the highest standards of professional conduct and support for others and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- An interest in learning new information and embracing feedback on the job.
- Hold Australian Citizenship
- Be required to complete pre-employment checks including relevant security clearances, computer competency and cognitive assessments.
