The role

We are seeking the talents of an energetic team player who is results driven and can take ownership of the presentation and functionality of reception at our Brendale New Car Dealership.

This is a permanent full-time position.

Working closely with the Sales Department you will be responsible for:

- operating and maintaining the switchboard
- first point of contact for all those entering the dealership
- ensuring all mail is distributed correctly
- preparing, managing and maintaining dealership records and documents
- accurately log all enquiries into the dealership system
- ensuring customer waiting areas are kept neat and tidy
- general administration tasks

You
- have previous experience in a reception and/or customer relations role (automotive experience is highly regarded)
- have strong attention to detail and be able to work under pressure
- have outstanding customer service skills whilst being courteous and reliable
- have excellent organisational and time management skills
- have intermediate PC skills
- be a team player and
- be able to work autonomously
