Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing customer focussed client and stakeholder engagement, and efficient and accurate administrative support to teams delivering NDIS supports through the monitoring of NDIS Service Agreements and data management systems.

**The Role**

The Administration Officer role supports the implementation of processes and systems within the PDC Services Housing. The role has a functional focus with an emphasis on ongoing administration support and supporting quality systems.

Duties will include but are not limited to;
- Accurately maintain systems in all client data to ensure it is correct and up to date.
- Implement and maintain key documentation across the division in line with the NDIS Practice Standards and Audit Indicators.
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings and maintain calendars.
- Prepare communications.
- Maintain leave planning requirements and scheduling to ensure continuity of client care.

- Proven capacity to provide a high standard of confidential administrative support

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of the NDIS framework is an advantage
- Significant demonstrated experience and skills in IT systems support, customer service orientated role (or similar).
- Ability to develop knowledge and expertise in working with people with disabilities and their nominee’s.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating your ability to plan, prioritise and organise your workload in a way that contributes to prompt completion of agreements, data and service bookings with a high level of accuracy.
- High level of accuracy in Computer Skills - Data entry, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet etc).
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $23.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
