**About Us**

Premier Supported Living (PSL) provides high-quality Supported Independent Living (SIL), high-intensity supports, and hospital transition programs across Victoria. We work closely with NDIS participants, families, carers, health professionals, and staff to deliver safe, compassionate and reliable support.

**The Role**

We are seeking an **energetic and personable Receptionist** to be the welcoming face and voice of Premier Supported Living. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people, has excellent presentation, and thrives in a busy front-of-house role.

You’ll be the first point of contact for participants, families, staff, and health professionals — managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, greeting visitors, and supporting our team with light administration and data entry.

- **Reliable and eager to learn** - no prior experience is required, just the right attitude.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet all visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Support staff and participants with day-to-day reception needs.
- Update records and perform accurate data entry as required.
- Keep the reception area professional, tidy, and welcoming.

**Compliance & Requirements**
- Australian work rights.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Working With Children Check (Employee).
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
- Full training provided — perfect for someone starting their career.
