Our program at Caboolture allows clients to Kick-start the recovery process with our alcohol and other drugs withdrawal support program. Post withdrawal we can provide ongoing support through the day rehab program or Life Back group support.

**Your opportunity**
We are looking for an AOD Counsellor Case Manager who is passionate about delivering and facilitating group programs on a daily basis.
Working with your team, you will be delivering an intensive AOD day rehabilitation group 5-week program with an emphasis on group facilitation. As well you will work with clients to provide individual counselling/case management with an independent caseload. This will include:
- Provide high quality engagement, assessment, counselling, case management and support services to clients, and their families.
- Facilitate intensive group therapy day rehabilitation programs with other co-facilitators
- Manage a case load of clients, through providing support, service coordination, referral and advocacy to assist in achieving their goals.

**What you’ll bring**
You are an engaging individual with the ability to connect with clients who are navigating difficult life experiences. You can work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team and utilise the appropriate techniques to support your clients. You will also demonstrate the following:
**To success in this role, there are some essentials you’ll need**:
- Tertiary qualifications in social work, counselling or mental health (or related discipline)
- Demonstrated extensive experience in facilitating groups/sessions in relation to AOD.
- Experience and knowledge in contemporary AOD counselling, case management and intake and assessment
- Experience in mindfulness and relapse prevention.
- Sound interpersonal skills, including a high standard of written and oral communication skills
- Ability to prioritise clinical and administrative duties, including the effective and efficient planning and organisation of a complex caseload
This is a part time ongoing opportunity, working 30.4 hours per week. The salary is $39.26 per hour to $44.92 per hour, depending on skills, experience and knowledge of the successful applicant.
