We are seeking a passionate, dedicated and highly organised receptionist for our busy front-of-house role at Spring Spa Burleigh Heads

You will ensure every visitor to our salon receives an exceptional welcome and provide support to the wider salon team.

Your responsibilities will include day-to-day management of reception, coordinate appointment bookings, stock management and salon communications.

Experience in Beauty is a bonus, however some retail and hospitality experience could be beneficial.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Answering phone calls.
- Greeting clients & building rapport and relationships with clients
- Making, confirming and following up on appointments.
- Receiving and processing payments.
- General Administration duties including entering clients details into our software.
- Managing clients records confidentiality.
- Following up on canceled appointments and rescheduling.
- Keeping salon clean & tidy

Ideally you will be/have:

- Experienced Receptionist with exceptional telephone and communication skills.
- A warm and welcoming personality with the ability to create relationships with clients.
- A good understanding of the Beauty Industry.
- Good computer skills with ability to learn and use our software (Fresha).
- Proactive, focused and reliable with a strong work ethic, delivering high standards.
- Organised, self-motivated and able to multi-task and work independently
- Flexibility to work various hours (between 8:30am to 5pm).
- Willing to learn and adapt to the working environment.
- Thrive in a busy dynamic environment
- Training will be provided.
