Are you passionate about beauty and looking for a way to get your foot in the door at one of the Gold Coast’s most beautiful boutique beauty & skin clinics?

I’m currently on maternity leave with my newborn, and while our incredible staff members are stepping up to lead the clinic, we’re looking for someone to join our small, friendly team 1-2 days a week to help keep things running smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who loves the beauty industry, whether you’re freshly out of beauty school, still studying, or simply have a strong passion for beauty and want to learn. You won’t be performing treatments straight away, but we’ll gradually introduce you to the world of professional beauty and skin treatments, with plenty of opportunities for training and shadowing.

What you’ll be doing:
Supporting our staff members throughout the day (setting up rooms, preparing clients, cleansing lashes/brows)
Greeting clients, making them feel welcome, and assisting with check-ins and beverages
Answering calls, managing bookings, and general front-of-house tasks
Cleaning, organising, and keeping our beautiful salon looking perfect
Helping with social media - content creation, posting, and engaging with our community
Stock control and product organisation
Shadowing our team during treatments and beginning hands-on training when ready

What we’re looking for:
A genuine passion for beauty and skin
A friendly, positive, and can-do attitude Someone eager to learn and grow with us
Comfortable with client interaction and salon tasks
Someone who understands this is initially an assistant/support role (not treatment-based) but wants to work toward becoming a therapist over time
