**Job Title: Office Manager**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Management**:
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality.
- Maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- **Facilities Coordination**:
- Oversee maintenance of office facilities and equipment, coordinating repairs and upgrades as necessary.
- Manage relationships with office vendors and service providers.
- Ensure a clean and organized office environment, including common areas and meeting rooms.
- **Financial Administration**:
- Assist in budget preparation and expense management, including monitoring office expenditures and invoicing.
- Process payroll and maintain accurate records of employee attendance and leave.
- **HR Support**:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain employee records and manage HR-related documentation.
- **Event Coordination**:
- Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences.
- Arrange travel and accommodations for staff and executives when necessary.
- **Executive Support**:
- Provide administrative support to senior management, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of management.
**Qualifications**:
Diploma or above.
3 years of industry experience.
**Salary**:
$70,000 - $80,000
Pay: $70,000.00 - $800,000.00 per year
**Benefits**:

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
