**Resource Coordinator**
- 12 month full time contract
- Hours will be rostered 0900 - 1700, Monday through to Friday
- Based out of Park Holme

We are looking for a Resource Coordinator for our team based out of Park Holme, if you are a team player who can also work autonomously, provide excellent customer service and are looking to make a difference, this is the role for you

**Key responsibilities**

This varied and fast paced role will require you to utilise your coordination skills and work collaboratively with the team to support the delivery of timely and effective rostering support services that are responsive to the needs of our clients. Thinking quickly on your feet, you will organise cover for shift vacancies due to leave within the team, and ensure all changes are communicated appropriately.

Use your exceptional communication & interpersonal skills to support the team, clients and care providers, whilst under understanding the challenges of balancing a busy workload with exceptional client care.

**About you**
- Exceptional technical and computer skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills, including over the phone
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills with strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in rostering coordination or workforce scheduling is highly desirable
