FindStaff are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Office Manager to join our national team, working from our brand new Perth office.
**About the Company**

**About the Role**
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced full time, permanent Office Manager to join the FindStaff team in our new Perth office. We are looking for someone who enjoys all types of customer service with high attention to detail to support FindStaff & the wider IntoWork Group with general administrative duties & some Recruitment tasks.
Your key responsibilities would include:
- General administration duties
- Creating and updating of process and procedure documents
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timesheets are processed on time
- Stocktake & ordering of stationery/PPE and uniforms
**About You**:
- Experience in admin/office management
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to work effectively as part of a close knit team, as well as independently
- Previous experience in the recruitment industry would be highly regarded
- Competent verbal & written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Efficient; organised & able to prioritise competing tasks
