**Your role**
- Do you have a track record in Exchange Trade Derivatives (ETD), OTC Clearing, Cleared Derivatives sales? Do you know how to originate new client leads and build client and industry networks? Have you demonstrated to grow wallet share with clients? Are you literate across execution and clearing services?

We are looking for an Execution & Clearing sales person to:

- originate new client leads, focussing on ETD (clearing and electronic execution) products and services
- collaborate across the Global Markets business to source new client opportunities and grow wallet share
- work closely with client services team to help manage relationships with existing clearing and electronic execution clients
- be the ultimate responsible client owner for all Australia and New Zealand clients
- working closely with the ETD voice and electronic execution teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions across the ETD product suite
- work closely with the Hedge Fund origination sales and client services teams to help manage relationships with existing prime brokerage and synthetic prime brokerage clients that trade ETD
- negotiate commercial terms incorporated within trading documentation including ifutures clearing agreements
- monitor client profitability analytics to ensure budgets are being met and growth opportunities are being monetized
- work with risk management team to ensure effective identification, monitoring and management of portfolio exposures, monitoring of collateral
- work with internal stakeholders including Risk, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Operations and IT to help design and deliver product enhancements and respond to regulatory driven changes

- You’ll be joining a market leading franchise working in the APAC Execution & Clearing sales team. You will be based in Sydney and the team is part of Global Markets Franchise sales incorporating our ETD, prime brokerage, synthetic prime brokerage and advisory businesses. As a Execution & Clearing salesperson, you’ll play a vital role in helping to manage and grow our successful client franchise.

**Your expertise**
- 10+ years of experience in financial services with time spent in a sales or client relationship management role in Execution & Clearing
- an understanding of the Australia and New Zealand listed/cleared derivatives market, products, services and regulatory framework
- an understanding of client segments across Hedge Funds, Financial Institutions, Asset managers and related network
- Experience and understanding of trading documentation including ETD/OTC clearing agreements
- Driven self starter, with ability to thrive in a high-paced environment with a consistently professional manner
