NightOwl Convenience is excited to offer a Marketing Coordinator position within the marketing team at the NightOwl franchise support office located in Kangaroo Point, Brisbane. This is an entry-level marketing communications position within the company best suited to a junior marketer, or recent marketing graduate. You will become part of a team of skilled individuals who enjoy their jobs and the collaboration gained from working together. For the right applicant who is genuinely interested in FMCG retail marketing, we can promise you an exciting and interesting start to your career.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will:

- Be responsible for the weekly internal communications newsletter
- Assist with franchisee requests for marketing development and assistance, specifically local area marketing.
- Search for, and address, Public Relations opportunities for brand promotion.
- Write articles, blog posts, media releases and text for a range of presentations or platforms.
- Collaborate and assist in the development and delivery of promotional messaging & marketing plans.
- Assist with the creation and management of social media content for brand awareness
- Manage the networks' online presence through third parties such as Google Business Listings.
- Assist to develop promotional material for conferences and events.
- Provide marketing and administrative support to the Marketing Manager and team as required.

**Skills/Experience**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral are vital to the success of this position.
- Organisation skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities and complete tasks/projects in accordance with stated deadlines.
- Strong PC skills including proficiency of Microsoft Office programs,
- Some graphic design skills and experience with the Adobe suite is required. You will need basic competency with Photoshop and Indesign
