About the role:

Reporting to the Depot Manager, you will be responsible for the co-ordination of lubricant deliveries and maintenance of lubricant stock.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate delivery of lubricants
• Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers
• Support the Depot Manager, Scheduler and other depot staff
• Scheduling the local Lubricants Truck
• Lubricant inventory administration and processing responsibilities
• Assist with loading and unloading of packaged lubricants
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Day to Day Processing & Reports
• Work with operational support teams within the business (HSSE, HR, Compliance, Fleet, Finance teams)

Experience & Skills

• 2 years minimum experience in Administration or a similar role
• Forklift licence required
• HR or LR licence minimum
• Strong background in Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Outlook. Excel, etc)
• Experience in administration/warehousing
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task & meet deadlines
• Initiative and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a team and autonomously
