NSW Government Agency is looking for a L&D Support Officer to assist with the logistics of organizing a Leadership Program and its sessions.

**About the role**:

- Manage the logistics of Face to face sessions
- Call up and Set up facilitators
- Book and Set up meeting rooms
- Ensure that the tech is all working
- Order catering for the sessions and manage the provision of it during the breaks.
- Update spreadsheets

**Essentials**:

- Events experience is beneficial.
- Experience with or an interest in Training programs is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work onsite from 8am on the training days
