**Role ~**

We are looking for an SEM specialist with a strategic mind to join our Performance Marketing team.

This is your role if you are eager to expand your skill set, build your client experience, and leverage your expertise 'on the tools' to help impact the bigger picture. You will work alongside diverse, loyal clients who value your enthusiasm, problem-solving skills, big ideas, and ability to put their business goals first.

Initially, you will work closely with the existing Senior Performance Consultants, assisting with the campaigns and programs they run for our clients. Once you are across our Sonar way of working (up to 3 months), you will take ownership of a portfolio of clients from strategy through to delivery.

Additionally, you can work across other performance areas, including SEO, Paid Social media, Website Optimisation, Programmatic Display, Native, EDM, Analytics, Dashboarding, Website Tracking, and any other digital marketing area you can think of.

Our clients will value your opinion and ability to think strategically. From the start, you will have the opportunity to communicate directly with our clients at a management level, answer their questions, and impact their business success.

**Responsibilities ~**
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEM campaigns and help drive broader strategies across search, shopping, video, and display networks.
- Manage and optimise campaigns to ensure performance meets client goals and KPIs.
- Collaborate with clients on day-to-day communication, reporting and presentations, providing clear insights and strategic recommendations.
- Gain exposure to Organic Search and understand the synergy between Paid and Organic efforts.
- Gain exposure to Paid Social and broader work-streams to build connectivity for the customer.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and GA4 is preferred.

**You ~**
- Proven experience in managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns across multiple formats (search, shopping, video, and display) and more (eg Bing/Microsoft Ads)
- Experience in connecting business needs/problems to digital recommendations/solutions
- Familiarity with media plans and broader media/digital strategies
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
- Good with Google Slides, Sheets & Docs, not deterred by new technology/ways of working
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Enthusiasm for learning and expanding your skill set in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter: able to take initiative and get things done
