The Opportunity**- CBRE is seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the operations and service delivery across a portfolio of industrial and logistics assets on the prestigious Charter Hall account. This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-profile, supported, client-focused role, with a strong emphasis on tenant satisfaction & maintaining high-performing assets.-
- This role is a 12 month parental leave cover that gives you the opportunity to join a high performing team and gain exposure to a key client account. You’ll have the opportunity to work from home 2+ days a week, set your own hours and experience true work life balance-

Key Responsibilities**Deliver superior service and tenant engagement through effective communication and relationship management.
- Oversee daily building operations, ensuring cost-effective and compliant facilities management.
- Manage budgets, procurement, financial reporting, and operating expenditure.
- Ensure risk management, WHS, safety audits, and inspections are completed to the highest standard.
- Manage and coordinate service providers including cleaning, security, and maintenance contractors.

About You**Proven experience managing industrial, retail or commercial property facilities.
- Strong customer focus with a passion for stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent financial and budgeting skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Contractor management expertise in a performance-driven environment.
- Resilient, adaptable, and motivated to succeed in a dynamic role.
