Are you ready to take the next big step in your healthcare career? We’re looking for an energetic and driven Practice Manager to lead the way at our Waurn Ponds clinic

As the heartbeat of the clinic, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, inspire a team of passionate healthcare professionals, and help shape the future of patient care in your community.
Role Type: Full-Time (part-time 4 days per week will be considered)

What you’ll be doing

Manage the overall operations of the medical practice, including staff supervision, scheduling, and budgeting

Ensure efficient patient flow and a positive patient experience

Implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service and compliance

Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of the practice team

Liaise with medical staff, patients, and external stakeholders to address concerns and identify opportunities for improvement

Contribute to the strategic planning and growth of the practice

What we’re looking for

Experience in a healthcare practice management role, preferably within the General Practice industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Proficient in using practice management software and other relevant IT systems

Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team

Thorough understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and best practices

Strong business management experience or qualifications
