**Position Title**:Customer Service Officer (4200)

**Division**:City Futures

**Unit**:Welcome Pad

**Tenure**:Temporary Full-Time to 30 September

**Level**: MO Level1

**WE ARE LOOKING FOR,**
- At least 3 or 4 additional casual staff to be trained up to provide adequate front-line coverage.
- Be the first contact point for the Council’s customers and provide high-quality service and represent the Council in a positive and professional manner.
- Provide assistance to customers with queries such as but not limited to, development appraisal, animal management and residential parking.
- Process payments for a variety of Council activities such as but not limited to, rates and parking infringements and maintain accuracy in cash handling.
- Provide general administrative and clerical assistance to support the functions of the work group
