**The Role.**

The Financial & Project Analyst plays a pivotal role in enabling RWWA leaders to deliver on the business strategy. Utilising their existing skills in analysis and reporting, coupled with a strong commercial acumen, the successful applicant will drive our financial modelling and insights.

**Key Duties/Responsibilities**
- Working closely with the leadership team to formulate the business's medium to long term financial and strategic plan
- Producing models to project long term growth and determine the impacting business factors
- Work with leaders and Finance Business Partners to build annual budgets and forecasts and deliver Board and Executive reporting.
- Maintain the 10-year capital and asset plan
- Oversee the Investment Portfolio and cashflow projections
- Deliver the Strategic Development Plan and other Ministerial submissions as required.
- Support the Strategic Development and Governance planning for the business.
- Utilising BI tools to delivery meaningful insights into business performance
- Supporting business case preparation and financial modelling for new investment, strategic and other business decisions
- Communicating results and recommendations to leaders for improvements that will lead to cost reduction, revenue generation and streamlining operations

**Qualifications**:
**About You**
- Bachelor of Commerce - Accounting/Finance
- CA or CPA qualified.
- 7+ years’ of relevant analytical experience
- Significant analytical skillset, including the utilisation of BI and reporting tools
- Well-developed communication and people skills with the ability to lead, train and influence internal and external partners.
- Advance Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong collaboration skills and resilience to change
- Experience with ERP accounting software (Technology One highly regarded)
