**Your day to day**
As the Portfolio Marketing Co-ordinator, you’ll play a vital role in the growth and long-term success of three iconic InterContinental Hotels and Resorts; Hayman Island, Sanctuary Cove, and Sydney. Reporting directly into the Portfolio Director of Marketing and working closely with the Marketing Executives, Communication Executive and Portfolio Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution of key marketing campaigns and tactics and managing the marketing administration requirements for the portfolio. Your day-to-day includes:

- Assisting in the execution of brand and hotel specific marketing campaigns and content requirements.
- Development and implementation of marketing collateral from briefing through to distribution.
- Supporting the Marketing Executives in the creation of brand leading content across online and offline channels with a particular focus on Sanctuary Cove Country Club marketing.
- Co-ordinating all media agency and PR famils and enquiries, booking and coordination of all advertising in addition to general marketing administration tasks.
- Support with marketing projects as directed by the Portfolio Director of Marketing or Portfolio Marketing Manager.

**What we need from you**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field (Hotel, Tourism and Hospitality experience not essential but preferred).
- Experience in creating and managing content for multiple projects.
- Very comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Able to meet strict deadlines with strong organisation skills.
