Paramount House Hotel is currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Guest Service Agent to join our Front Desk team on a Part Time basis.
The role involves a wide variety of responsibilities with the guest experience always at the forefront: taking care of the guest’s arrival and departure, responding to enquiries as well as performing administrative tasks and providing insightful advices on the local area.
- Ability to multi-task in a high-volume work environment
- Minimum one year experience in a customer facing service role
- Availability to work five shifts a week, including weekends
- Have a valid RSA certificate
- Have full working rights within Australia

**Salary**: $21.72 - $32.58 per hour
