This is a role for a 12-month contract BIM/Revit Modeller/Landscape Architect. You will be
responsible for the production of project documentation, delivering on time and on budget to
achieve successful, people-driven outcomes. The role is aligned with an exciting international
project opportunity and growing team. You will have a focus on landscape design, design
development and documentation. Coupled with this technical capability, you will have great
communication skills, strong level of self-motivation and local knowledge.

The areas you will work across include:

- Terrane modelling
- Extraction 3D model for rendering in Lumion
- Preparation of design drawings,
- Project contract administration
- Preparation of construction documentation

Essential Experience / Attributes:

- Tertiary qualification in landscape architecture
- 3 years min. industry experience
- Expertise in REVIT and BIM process
- Competence in AutoCAD
- Competence in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite and Sketchup
- High level written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work autonomously and within a team.
- Not essential - Competence in Lumion / Enscape
- Not essential - horticulture / planting knowledge
