**Description**:
We are looking for a driven Senior Designer (Revit Modeller/ BIM Coordinator) to join our Water group, flexibly based either from your home office or one of our many offices, to contribute to our major water infrastructure projects.

About the role:
This role is responsible for the modelling and coordination of engineering projects such as large dams, pipelines, pump stations and various water and sewage systems including treatment plants. We have a significant workload and have secured highly sought after, exciting and challenging projects. You will work with the larger team of knowledgeable, supportive and passionate professionals and carry out the below tasks.
- \tRevit modelling on various water infrastructure projects including large dams, treatment plants and pump stations under guidance as required by the design lead or manager.
- \tMentor and upskill junior / less experienced Revit team members as required for each project.
- \tPerform broad, varied and diverse engineering design tasks on assigned projects under general supervision of the lead or manager, including design models and drawing outputs and presentations.
- \tEngage in the development of design through sketches, digital models, diagrams, and other visual formats, and prepare and revise documentation outputs in various phases including plans, cross sections, details and diagrams, submittal reviews and response to information requests as required.
- \tAssist senior engineers/designers with developing and managing the project scope including cost estimates, budget, staffing and schedule.
- \tAssist the senior project civil engineer in preparing the conceptual, preliminary and final design and attends client project requirement meetings.
- \tPrepare portions of engineering project proposals, change orders, client contact and communication pertaining to specific projects.
- \tCoordinate technical activities and designs with personnel in other disciplines and departments serve as a liaison between senior engineer and design team.
- \tConfirm adherence to construction specifications during each phase of a project.

To be successful for this role you'll need:

- \tSenior level Revit experience, ideally within Structural and or Mechanical disciplines, however open to alternate experience also.
- \tHave a solutions-based approach to projects along with an aptitude to resourcefulness and quality.
- \tAbility to work largely autonomously under direction of the Lead/Manager.
- \tMinimum intermediate level AutoCAD experience.
- \tNavisworks / Infraworks experience an advantage.
- \tAbility to coordinate civil design works within a project also an advantage
- \tExperience in water infrastructure design/drafting an advantage.
