This role is responsible for accurate processing of licence agreements including monitoring the quality control of documents and timely distribution of invoices to our clients. This is a fast-paced role that requires someone who possess strong time management and attention to detail skills and work with mínimal supervision

**Key duties and responsibilities include**:

- Updating client details in system, and ensuring all required information is contained on licence agreements received from Licensing Representatives.
- Administration of the event documents through our document storage program
- Updating client details in CMS and Amplify, and ensuring all required information is contained on the licence agreements received from OneMusic Australia
- Assisting other team members when required

*Skills and Experience:

- Strong data entry ability and numerical skills
- Attention to detail and careful, methodical approach to work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Internet research skills
- Sound computer skills and knowledge
- Intermediate ability in Microsoft Office Suite
