**6 months contract role with a possible extension.**:

- **Daily pay rate up to $600 per day + Super.**:

- **8 hours a day. 40 hours a week.**:

- **Work location: Parramatta office.**

**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**:
As a part of your role, you will provide support in the development and implementation of learning and development experiences that continue to build the capability of all employees, contributing to a high-performance organisation and enabling employees to achieve their full potential.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**:

- Facilitate programs such as corporate induction.
- Support the design and implement capability solutions to meet business needs.
- Support the design of blended learning pathways using multi-method formats and delivery options.
- Stakeholder engagement with the ability to work across a large geography of people at all levels of the hierarchy.
- Provide advice to line management and SMEs in relation to providing solutions for development and addressing capability gaps.
- Support Learning Projects and work as a part of a project team to deliver learning solutions.
- Support and drive the learning and development strategies and programs of work.
- Contribute to the development, delivery, and evaluation of learning and development programs.
- Provide quality control processes to ensure program objectives are being achieved and training providers are delivering high-value, quality training, and development experiences to employees.
- Manage the reporting process for compliance and mandatory training.
- Manage the implementation of learning solutions (e.g. compliance training & leadership development programs)
- Manage and drive projects across L&D.
- Complete analysis of learning program data to find opportunities to improve programs.
- Support the procurement processes to engage vendors and help contract managers fulfill their responsibilities at contract renewal times.
- Conduct research projects as required.
- Coordinate regular reviews of L&D policies and procedures, ensuring current versions are on iConnect.
- Coordinate activities required to govern L&D processes, as per the L&D governance framework,
- Support learning specialists on any aspect of program design, delivery, project management, and evaluation.
- Support Learning Management System administration.

**ESSENTIAL CRITERIA**:

- Relevant degree qualifications in Business, Human Resources, Learning, and Development, or equivalent experience is desirable.
- Certificate IV in workplace training and assessment is desirable.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a corporate organisation coordinating and managing projects.
- Exposure to implementing training programs is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrable project management and execution skills resulting in tangible business outcomes, including the use of project management tools such as project plans, Excel, Microsoft Project, and visual management boards.
- Experience leading and working with all levels of the hierarchy (senior leaders, leaders, and employees).
- Highly technology literate (ideally including learning tech such as VR, and broadcasting skills).
- Experience in the Water Industry, Utilities, and associated industry sectors is desirable.
