- We are in the process of expanding our engine & powertrain rebuild facilities to the west coast with a new purpose-built facility based in Kewdale. In this permanent full time role, you will have a unique opportunity to be a part of this new venture helping us shape the west coast engines division from its inception- Due to an exciting new project we are seeking Engine Rebuild Fitters with Caterpillar C175-16 and 3500 series experience.**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Your main responsibilities will include:
- Disassemble and rebuild Powertrain components and associated products in a safe, efficient, and timely manner.
- Component measure and inspection for its reusability and/or repair.
- Supply relevant information to enable the Branch Manager or Salesperson to provide a costing for the customer.
- Ensure special processes are carried out to specification.
- Manual handling.
- Undertake appropriate housekeeping duties to ensure the safe operation of their work area.
- Ensure IMS compliance is met, and that all documentation conforms.

**About You**
- To be considered for this position you will ideally have:
- Mechanical Trade - Heavy Diesel Fitting
- Caterpillar C175-16 and 3500 engine rebuild experience.
- High Risk Work License
- Four to eight years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience in Diesel Engine rebuilds, repairs including diagnostic skills - _is preferred._
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Solid grasp of numbers and high degree of accuracy.
- Exposure to Heavy Engineering / Mining Services / Construction Industry.
