We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Manager to be responsible for our supply chain operations, including strategic resourcing and procurement, inventory planning and purchasing, warehousing, logistics and manufacturing. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will work collaboratively with RCT’s team to reduce supply bottlenecks, drive continuous improvement, and deliver excellent customer service.

**The key focus of this role includes**:

- Undertake sourcing exercises to identify, review, and select appropriate vendors for tenders and continual improvement.
- Fostering positive relationships with customers and external providers
- Management of the Supply Chain team, driving improvement within processes
- Work directly with freight partners to determine the most cost-effective distribution solution for goods transportation from RCT premises to end customers

**To be successful in this role you will possess**:

- Experience in managing a complex logistics and supply chain environment
- Exposure to the planning and movement of a variety of both sea and air freight
- Strong numerical and literacy skills and the ability to think laterally to solve complex problems
- An innovative mindset and ability to think laterally to quickly problem solve, together with flexibility and a willingness to adapt to and embrace change, are all pivotal to success in this role
- Effective communication, negotiation and collaboration skills, and the ability to work with ambiguity; prioritising changing deadlines whilst focussed on the business and customer experience
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to be a team player
- Diploma or Bachelor level qualifications in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business or Management will be highly valued
