WesTrac are looking for an engaging **Parts Interpreter** to join our team on a full-time permanent basis at our Perth Branch located at Reid Road in the Airport South Precinct.

Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of processing for continued customer loyalty, this role has a strong focus on customer service, as such we are looking for someone who has a positive, attitude, strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

While an understanding of earthmoving / transport equipment would be a distinct advantage, **to be successful you will need**:

- Excellent Customer Service skills, with prior experience in a Parts environment
- High level of computer literacy
- Mechanical aptitude, keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret mechanical and technical drawings.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Effective communication skills including written, verbal and interpersonal, active listening, asking appropriate questions, clarifying the issues and expressing oneself clearly.

You will be an excellent communicator, team player, demonstrate a high level of enthusiasm and motivation in your work and have a focus on providing quality customer service.
