**How will I help?**

Payroll Operations is part of our HR Services family. Your role will be key in ensuring Westpac’s payrolls are processed compliantly and accurately. Come and join our experienced and supportive team on a 2 year full time basis You will work from home as well as our Parramatta office location.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Leading a high performing payroll team
- Providing SME knowledge and guidance to up to 15 payroll analysts, as well as key stakeholders across our group
- Working actively with Payroll Governance team on any audits that require SME knowledge
- Managing the PAYG, LSL, Superannuation, separations, employee queries and Payroll runs each fortnight/month
- Actively engaging in projects, audits or analytics as required by the Payroll Operations, Senior Manager
- Provide analysis of payroll escalations and supporting annual events such as remuneration review, EA and rate changes

**What do I need?**
- Significant Payroll experience required, Oracle SME experience preferred
- Strong Leadership Experience ( minimum 3 years )
- A deep understanding of the payroll process and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to utilise SME knowledge to lead and influence
- Accounting/ payroll qualifications are desirable
