FMG IS NEEDING A PROGRAM MANAGER. NOT A PROJECT MANAGER BUT THE NEXT STEP ABOVE. WILL BE LEADING UP A GLOBAL DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION PLATFORM FOR ALL USERS. SOMEONE WHO IS ABLE TO COORDINATE WITH TECHNOLOGY TEAMS AND COPE WITH A LOT OF ORGANISATIONAL CHANGE. THEY ARE LOOKING FOR THE RIGHT FIT FOR THIER TEAM RATHER THAN THE FIRST PERSON AVAILABLE. THE TEAM WILL BE DEVELOPING A GLOBAL REMOTE WORKING PLATFORM. NEEDS TO BE IMPLEMENTED FOR EVERYONE WHETHER THEY ARE IN THE CONTRACTS SPACE OR EXPLORATION. IT WILL BE ALMOST STARTING FROM SCRATCH. THEY DO HAVE A FEW COMPONENTS THAT CAN BE PUT TOGETHER. THEY NEED TO GET THE WORK STARTED ASAP. 6 MONTH CONTRACT THEN WITH VIEWS OF EXTENSION. THE PROGRAM ITSELF WILL LIKELY RUN FOR THE NEXT FEW YEARS.

IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS A HIGH EQ. IS ABLE TO BRING LOTS OF DIFFERENT TEAMS TOGETHER. SOMEONE THAT HAS WORKED ON A GLOBAL SCALE PREVIOUSLY. THE BACKGROUND DOESN'T MATTER LIKE WHICH COMPANY THEY HGAVE COME FROM CLIENT OR CONSULTANCY. MORESO ABOUT THEIR ABILITY TO THINK ON A GLOBAL SCALE. IT WOULD BE GREAT TO GET AN IIDEA OF THEIR PREVISOULY PORTFOLIOS AS WELL. DONT HAVE TO ACTUALLY SEND DOCUMENTATION BUT MORE SO DETAILS OF SIZE, COMPLEXITY, ALUE ETC. OF THEIR OTHER PROJECTS. IT IS A PEOPLE CENTRIC PLATFORM SO NEEDS SOMEONE WHO CAN DEAL WITH PEOPLE. ITS AN OVERALL EXPERIENCE THAT THEY ARE LOOKING TO DELIVER, NOT JUST A PRODUCT.
