Talent are proud to partner with a Victorian Government entity who are seeking to appoint an experienced leader who will be responsible for the planning, organising and implementation of transaction activities (EOI, RFT and RFT) for the procurement function.
- Lead the development of commercial and contractual documents that comply with Government process and ongoing management of contracts during project delivery
- Provide strategic advice on transactional activities to the senior executive team
- Lead market procurement engagement activities including industry briefings
- Developing and conduct EOI, RFT process and lead contract negotiations with key suppliers
- Leading a team of transaction advisors and coordinating key inputs from technical, business, legal and commercial teams.

To be successful you will be a seasoned expert who has been involved in the procurement of complex procurements and transactional services within a infrastructure / PPP sector within a Government setting. Experience and knowledge of High Value High Risk framework would be extremely advantageous
