They have been on a growth trajectory this year opening inspired, elevated retail spaces across Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. This Melbourne born brand resonates with women seeking contemporary, timeless garments that transcend seasons.

As part of their expansion, they are searching for a Boutique Manager to join their newly opened boutique in Birkenhead Point.

**This role will see you**:

- Build and drive a customer-led culture through leading by example and delivering excellent service standards
- Inspire and mentor a diverse team of footwear enthusiasts to reach set KPIs and sales targets - celebrate the wins and encourage the team to be proud of the contribution they have to the wider business strategy
- Closely monitor store sales performance - acknowledge outstanding results and identify any areas of improvement (report to peers and senior management)
- Effectively manage the wage costs in store and roster for success
- Recruit, select and train like-minded team members

**To set you up for success we see you bringing**:

- You have previous Boutique or Assistant Management experience built in an environment of 1:1 customer experience
- You understand how to create a memorable service experience for customers
- You have experience in training, coaching and mentoring team members
- You have a proven record of driving and exceeding KPI's

In this role you will work full time hours across Tuesday - Saturday. In return there is a strong salary offering plus bonus plus clothing allowance on offer Additionally:
