**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Building strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the business will be a core aspect of your role, allowing you to influence the integration of risk management into operational and functional processes.

**More about the role**:

- Collaborate with Business Unit leaders to deliver and monitor Risk Plans, ensuring alignment with business priorities and consistent Risk Framework implementation.
- Provide advice, technical expertise, and support across all risk categories, focusing on achieving comprehensive risk profiles and robust control portfolios.
- Lead fit-for-purpose risk management practices and governance to enhance risk outcomes, including the implementation of company-wide risk improvement initiatives.
- Offer risk advice to Business Unit Leadership Teams on unplanned issues, exposures, and initiatives.

**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate expertise in a risk advisory role, with a track record of influencing stakeholders effectively, together with experience in similar organisations within Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Telco, or Energy sectors.

**More about you**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or accounting.
- Understanding and experience in enterprise-wide risk management, including technical risk and assurance processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to plan, prioritize, and solve problems effectively.
- Ability to assess the effectiveness of a risk control environment and identify control gaps, recommending appropriate solutions.
