**About Brite**:
Brite is a profit for purpose social enterprise that provides training and employment opportunities across the community, including for people with disabilities. Brite is an NDIS provider and has operated in Broadmeadows for over 40 years. We currently employ 160 people with disability. In addition, we offer a wide range of support services to further develop our employees’ capabilities to access improved social and economic opportunities in the community.

**About the role**:
Reporting to the Manager Brite Institute, the Industry Experience Support Officer is responsible for supporting the administration and coordination of student field experience across:

- Hospitality
- Horticulture
- Warehousing
- Business Administration
- Small Business

**We are excited about you because you have**:
Relevant qualification in either Hospitality, Horticulture, Warehousing, Small Business/Administraton or related discipline and high-level relevant experience in a similar role in the VET sector.

**About you**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
- Demonstrate professionalism and the ability to manage critical and competing priorities.
- Demonstrated experience working both independently and as a team.
- Detail-oriented and able to collaborate and work in a diverse environment.
- Excellent time management.
- Solutions driven with a continuous improvement mind-set.

- Current drivers’ licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Working with Children check
