Our team is tight, we are selective, we look for someone who is outgoing, willing to learn and a people person. When you are part of our team, you will learn and grow within. You just need to have the right attitude - we will help with the rest.
Our average stay of a team member is over 3 years, working with us is fun if you are someone who cares about others.
The opportunity to join has arisen, not because someone is leaving. We have decided to deliver more exceptional service to our members, our gyms are busy & thriving. We are extending the hours our offices are open which means we need to grow our team.
We don't look for industry experience necessarily, we want to know everything about you and what you value. Are you a people person, do you like to have fun & do you have a belief in being healthy?
A variety of shifts are available on a casual basis, our opening hours are from 5am to 10pm with different times available within those. We suit someone who may be studying or have life commitments that desire flexibility with days of work, our minimum shift length is 5 hours, targetting 25-30 hours per week.
Your main responsibilities during this time will be to coduct floor walks where we ensure the toilets are tidy, weights are on their racks and general ambience is rocking. You will help our members with their enquiries, sell new memberships and drive member engagement initiatives.
We need team members who are flexible every day of the week & weekend at all hours, however we are able to roster around other commitments you may hold.
Previous customer service experience in retail or similar sectors is desirable.
Proficiency in using computers and social media platforms is mandatory.
