Role Description

This full-time role is for a Sales Assistant located on-site in Hastings, VIC. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their wine selections, maintaining and organizing stock, and processing sales transactions. The role also involves moving , stacking inventory(18kg wine cartons)and ensuring the store is well-presented at all times.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Communication and Sales skills
  • Effective Organization Skills
  • Experience in retail, hospitality or sales environments is a must.
  • Knowledge of wines is beneficial
  • Ability to work on-site and flexibility with working hours, including weekends. Tuesday to Saturday 10am to 6pm
