**Operations Executive - Insurance Operations**

**In this role you will be responsible for**:
- Providing assistance in all aspects of client service to key internal stakeholders
- Delivering accurate, efficient, and timely Administration & Technical support - such as invoicing, debtor management, supplier payables, and updating computer records
- Project financial management and reporting
- Analysing and working with data.
- Reviewing and formatting reports
- Quality Control
- Developing effective working relationships with our Operations network and Advisory consulting practices
**We would like you to have**:
- Experience in office administration or contact centre
- A professional manner and have the confidence to work in a corporate environment
- Self-starter and naturally driven to achieve goals
- Team orientated, but with the ability to work without supervision
- Problem solving skills and analytical skills
- Strong time management skills
- A can-do attitude with an eagerness to learn
- Be computer literate - Microsoft office and intermediate/advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Have excellent oral and written communications skills
- Be attentive to detail in documentation and reporting
