**What's great about this role?**
We were looking for an organised operations manager who loves systems, processes and getting things in order. Your current title might be Operations Manager, Project Manager, Administration Manager or maybe you don't have a title, but you are just really good with systems and processes.
We are growing quickly at 3 x revenue growth for the last 2 years and we are not expecting this to slow down so we desperately need better systems to help us scale even more quickly.
You will lead a small team of one part-time person, but we expect this to grow over time.
**What you will be doing**
You will work closely with all team members - the executive team, finance, sales, and the incredible coaching team. You will support our customers and coachees as they on board and off board our programs and you will help us build the robust systems we need as we grow.
Whilst you will need to be organised and be passionate about getting things "right" you will be working in an environment that is a little "squishy". At Peeplcoach we innovate and change quickly so we need someone with initiative, resilience, who is adaptable and has a sense of humour.
You will be very comfortable with technology. We can teach you, but it would be great if you had experience with Zoho, Contentful, Xero, Teams, and the Office Suite. We will teach you all about our Peeplcoach dashboard.

You will be a critical member of the team and will report directly to the CEO which means you will be heard.
You can work flexibly (4 days per week), use all your skills and, of course, you will get your own coach

Ideally you will be working in a similar role in a tech or training business but to be honest, what is more important to us is someone who is organised, who believes in our mission to make coaching accessible to all and who is aligned to our values of curiosity, humble excellence, courageous accountability, inclusivity and loving what you do.
