**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
PERSOLKELLY have partnered with a highly respected Bank that operates nationally. We are looking for an experienced Home Lending Specialist

**YOUR DUTIES**:

- Set team targets and individual targets
- Monitor system performance, identifying and resolving problems
- Prepare and complete action plans
- Maintain performance standards
- Ensure a high standard of member service is provided, in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide training and mentoring
- Assist with escalations
- Identify operational strategies through analysing data and identifying trends

**PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Experience in a similar role - Team Leader - Essential
- Strong knowledge of Banking products
- Loans, Deposits and Insurance
- Intermediate-advanced Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated high leadership skills including reporting and coaching
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Degree qualified in a business related discipline
