**About the Company**

As an Industry leader, you will proudly represent this highly regarded brand. Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Manager and working closely with a broader team of Specialists you will be responsible for providing practical and commercially relevant advice on HR, IR and ER matters.

**About the role**

Reporting through to the National HR Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to;
- Employment Legislation including Award Interpretation, EEO and WHS.
- Ensure Managers are aware of all relevant legislation as it applies to their staff
- Manage HR activities including employee engagement, rewards and recognition, training, performance management and recruitment
- Provide sound HR advice to leaders within the business
- Lead and engage employees towards best practice around Workplace Safety
- Participate in HR initiatives and projects as directed by the HR Manager
- Development and review of policies
- Support the roll out of projects and programs across multiple sites

**About you**
- Working within a blue collar environment
- Experience with leading and handling ER matters
- Ability to interpret EA's and provide advice
- Although the position has no direct reports you will be able to demonstrate the ability to influence decisions and actions
- You are resilient and adaptable
- Able to work in a fast paced and high volume environment
