At eStore Logistics, we’re transforming the logistics landscape with advanced technology, automation, and a high-performance culture. As Australia’s leading eCommerce 3PL provider, we are looking for a hands-on and proactive Work Health & Safety Partner to drive our safety-first culture and lead WH&S strategy and systems across our fast-paced operations.
About the Role

This **12-month fixed term role** will see you collaborate with leaders, contractors, and frontline team members to embed a culture of safety across all sites. You’ll be responsible for developing WH&S frameworks, supporting injury management, and ensuring compliance with legislation and best practice.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive a proactive safety culture and support site-based leaders in WH&S practices
- Develop and maintain WH&S strategies, policies, and reporting frameworks
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, analyse safety and incident trends and implement risk controls
- Manage workers' compensation claims and return-to-work programs
- Maintain and train teams on the WH&S online management portal
- Keep the business informed on legislative changes and WH&S developments

**What You’ll Bring**
- Formal qualifications in Work Health & Safety or related field (minimum Cert IV in WHS)
- Proven WH&S experience in fast-paced environments (logistics, warehousing or manufacturing preferred)
- Sound understanding of WH&S legislation and compliance requirements
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills - you're confident influencing stakeholders at all levels
